Traffic Impact Stud <br />Robinson Property <br />3.3 Traffic Operations Analysis <br />3.3.1 Year 2025 No Build Conditions <br />Results of the forecast year 2025 no build traffic operations analysis, presented in Table 5, indicate <br />that each study intersection is expected to operate at overall LOS A during the weekday a.m. and <br />p.m. peak hours. In addition, no significant side -street delay or queuing issues were observed in <br />traffic simulations.
