The illegal accessory structure on 6966 <br />Lake Drive is for their farm animals and remains a zoning code violation to date. <br />Property History <br />The City has been working with the Stanek's since 2014 to bring their two (2) lots into <br />compliance regarding illegal accessory structures, farm animals, and lot combination. <br />September 2014: Stanek's illegally housed farm animals on their R-1, Single Family <br />Residential zoned lots and constructed accessory structures without permits.
