Deeds for Outlots A, C and E to HOA. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves Watermark 5th Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat subject to the following <br />items being addressed prior to issuance of the HOA Clubhouse building permit: <br />l . All comments from the City Engineer Letter dated July 6, 2022 shall be <br />addressed. <br />2. All comments from Environmental Coordinator Memo dated July 6, 2022 shall be <br />addressed. <br />3. The architectural plans shall be revised to be consistent with the site plan. <br />4. Any exterior mechanical equipment shall be screened. <br />5.
