<br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 22-75 <br /> <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 9 AND FINAL FOR THE NE DRAINAGE AREA <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 20-133 of the Council adopted November 9, 2020, awarding <br />the contract for the NE Drainage Area Improvement Project to Jacon LLC in the amount of <br />$1,010,009.00; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 27, 2021 the City Council passed resolution 21-91, approving <br />Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $17,332.62; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 9 (Final); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment <br />Request No. 9 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of $1,027,341.65. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of August, 2022. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
