DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Zoning Ordinance Update – Rural Cluster Development <br />Kendra Lindahl spoke about Rural Cluster Developments. The rural cluster ordinance <br />will allow 8 units per 40 acres when utilizing individual septic systems and 12 units <br />per 40 acres when utilizing community septic. <br /> <br />Staff is recommending the density bonuses as a tool to provide landowners with <br />additional development opportunities while preserving land for future development <br />with urban services. <br /> <br />B. Project Updates <br /> <br />Staff provided verbal updates to the Board on current City projects. <br /> <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Wipperfurth made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 9:13 p.m. Motion was <br />supported by Mr. Vojtech.
