The estimated fee to provide <br />construction observation for up to 18-months of construction <br />accounts for approximately 33 percent of the total estimated <br />fee. WSB's subconsultant fees account for approximately 23 <br />percent of the total estimated fee. <br />The proposed hourly not -to -exceed fees include 40 hours of <br />construction observation per week For up to 18-months of pre - <br />construction set-up and construction observation. Additional <br />on site construction management and construction observation <br />hours can be provided for additional fees at our currently hourly <br />billing rates if required by the city. Our standard billing rates are <br />adjusted annually. Costs associated with vehicle mileage, cell <br />phones, reproduction of common correspondence, and mailing <br />are included in the above hourly rates and will not be charged <br />separately as reimbursable expenses.
