CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />46 <br />47 <br />48 <br />49 <br />50 <br />51 <br />52 <br />53 <br />54 <br />55 <br />56 <br />57 <br />58 <br />59 <br />60 <br />61 <br />62 <br />63 <br />64 <br />65 <br />66 <br />67 <br />68 <br />69 <br />70 <br />71 <br />72 <br />73 <br />74 <br />75 <br />76 <br />77 <br />DRAFT <br />council consideration. <br />Item 5A, Change Order on Water Tower #3 — Community Development Director <br />Grochala explained that the cost reduction is based on the better than expected condition <br />of the tower resulting in less work needed. <br />Item 6B, (Stanek Variance) — City Planner Larsen noted that the owners are requesting <br />that the lot not be combined for the variance and the Planning and Zoning Board has <br />recommended approval of their request. The specifics will be presented at the council <br />meeting. <br />Item 6D, Watermark 5' Addition — Councilmember Lyden noted that some of the lots <br />in the development seem to be dropping off very steeply. Was that intentional? City <br />Planner Larsen explained that there are a lot of lots involved in the development and each <br />was approved; they are of varying sizes. <br />Item 6E, Pipe Crossing, I35E — City Engineer Hankee noted that this is a continuation <br />of the Peltier area water drainage project. This piece provides an outlet for the <br />commercial/industrial area. <br />2.
