The specifics will be presented at the council <br />meeting. <br />Item 6D, Watermark 5' Addition — Councilmember Lyden noted that some of the lots <br />in the development seem to be dropping off very steeply. Was that intentional? City <br />Planner Larsen explained that there are a lot of lots involved in the development and each <br />was approved; they are of varying sizes. <br />Item 6E, Pipe Crossing, I35E — City Engineer Hankee noted that this is a continuation <br />of the Peltier area water drainage project. This piece provides an outlet for the <br />commercial/industrial area. <br />2.
