He has worked with numerous watershed <br /> municipalities, counties and state agencies. Jake's well-rounded water resources skills <br /> and experience allow him to collaborate and be innovative while solving challenging <br /> water quality and water quantity problems. <br /> SERVICE GROUP: Storm Water Utility Update I Victoria, MN <br /> Water Resources <br /> CLIENT: CITY OF VICTORIA <br /> REGISTRATION: PROJECT DURATION: JUL 2020 JAN 2021 <br /> PE MN#49170 Jake worked with the City of Victoria to update the existing stormwater utility fee and rate structure <br /> EDUCATION: to better reflect the needs of the community and ensure the rate structure was appropriate,given <br /> Bachelor of Civil recent and proposed development. GIS analysis was completed to evaluate land uses and stormwater <br /> Engineering,University of demand. A needs assessment was completed using the City CIP,operation and maintenance needs, <br /> Minnesota,2006 <br /> and other stormwater requirements,specifically the MS4 program,to ensure the revenue generated <br /> MEMBERSHIPS + was appropriate given the anticipated needs. Ordinance updates were completed in coordination <br /> CERTIFICATIONS: <br /> Certified PM #1989038 with City staff to reflect utility updates. <br /> Surface Water Management Plan I Maple Grove, MN <br /> CLIENT CITY OF MAPLE GROVE <br /> PROJECT DURATION: APR 2017 - JUN 2018 <br /> Jake and his team worked with the City of Maple Grove to develop a robust plan for managing <br /> surface water and stormwater throughout the City. Maple Grove is a rapidly growing community <br /> with challenges related to both urban and rural infrastructure. This plan is consistent with the <br /> goals and policies of the Metropolitan Council and the three watershed management commissions <br /> having jurisdiction within the City: Elm Creek Watershed Management Commission,Shingle Creek <br /> Watershed Management Commission, and West Mississippi Watershed Management Commission. <br /> The planning process included a detailed implementation plan, flood study and modeling of 25 <br /> problem areas, subwatershed assessment prioritization, BMP maintenance considerations and <br /> prioritizations,and grant funding identification. <br /> Utility Rate Study I Shakopee, MN <br /> CLIEi41: CITY OF SHAKOPEE <br /> PROJECT DURATION: SEPT 2021 - CURRENT <br /> Jake's team reviewed and evaluated the City's existing Storm Water Utility Fee to identify properties <br /> not charged according to the most recent fee structure. The recommended updates will generate <br /> additional income for the City's Storm Water Fund and ensure consistent application of their fees. <br /> The team also recommended increases to the City's Stormwater Treatment and Regional Infiltration <br /> charges,which are applied when developments utilize regional stormwater management features in <br /> lieu of onsite treatment BMPs.These updates will help the City fund the construction of regional basins <br /> for development and better manage their stormwater management system for the next 5 to 10 years. <br /> A Proposal for Design,Bidding,and Construction Administration for a <br /> Water Treatment Plant for City of Lino Lakes Project Personnel 14 <br />
