PROJECT ENGINEER <br /> Ray is a Professional Engineer with seven years of experience in water and <br /> wastewater engineering including: water supply systems, groundwater supplies, <br /> sanitary sewer collection systems, water treatment pilot studies, and water reuse <br /> systems. At WSB, he works with growing and developed communities in the <br /> expansion and rehabilitation of their water and sewer infrastructure. He has <br /> experience in project planning, feasibility studies, computer modeling, preliminary <br /> and final design, bidding, construction management, grant writing, wellhead <br /> protection planning, risk assessments, emergency response planning, community <br /> engagement, and state water permitting.
