Rosemary Way street right-of-way shall extend to the west lot line on the <br />preliminary plat. <br />b. Lot 3 shall be shown on the preliminary plat to the west of Lot 2. <br />2. The Certificate of Survey and Preliminary Plat for Belland Farms Second Addition shall <br />orientate on the page the same direction as the approved plans for Belland Farms. <br />
