Belland Farms Second Addition <br />1.57 acres x $2,520 per acre = $3,956.40 <br />Site and Building Plan Review <br />Site Plan <br />This site and building plan review is only for Lot 1, Block 1, Belland Farms Second Addition <br />and the proposed 12,027sf commercial day care. Future development of the remaining lots will <br />require a separate land use application for site and building plan review. <br />The building is located in the northwest corner of the site with parking lot in the front. Three <br />(3) play areas are located north and east of the building enclosed with a 5ft high black metal <br />picket fence. Staff has completed a full site and building plan review of the project. The <br />applicant's narrative provides additional information. Overall, the proposed site plan and <br />building meets ordinance and performance standard requirements unless otherwise noted. <br />Staff Comments: <br />1.
