CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.22-101 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2022 TRAIL FOG SEAL PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2022 Trail Fog Seal <br />Project, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br />CONTRACTOR <br />TOTAL QUOTE <br />Asphalt Concrete Solutions <br />Did Not Quote <br />Allied Blacktop Co. <br />Did Not Quote <br />Astech <br />Did Not Quote <br />Bituminous Roadways Inc. <br />Did Not Quote <br />Pearson Bros, Inc. <br />$21,124.00 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Pearson Bros, Inc. of Hanover, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible <br />bidder; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding for the project is from the general fund, park budget, in the amount of <br />$30,000.00; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract Pearson Bros, Inc. for <br />the construction of the 2022 Trail Fog Seal Project in the amount of $21,124.00; <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of September, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Lyden and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof.
