He asked that Item 6A be held for further discussion, noting the <br />24 absence of one council member and the need to look at the zoning code. <br />25 <br />26 Councilmember Cavegn said he would support a postponement. Mayor Rafferty and <br />27 Councilmember Stoesz spoke against postponement. There was no further discussion on the <br />28 matter. <br />29 SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />30 Oath of Police Service — Police Officer Matt Reineke <br />31 PROCLAMATION <br />32 Proclaiming the week of September 17-23 as United States Constitution Week. A proclamation <br />33 was presented to representative and Lino Lakes' resident Merrily Space. <br />34 CONSENT AGENDA <br />35 Councilmember Lyden moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items IA through 1H, as presented. <br />36 Councilmember Stoesz seconded the motion.
