She noted how <br /> 47 specifics will be handled including replacement of valves where appropriate. The <br /> 48 recommendation includes a contract for WSB project assistance. <br /> 49 <br /> 50 Item 6C,2021 Street Improvement Project Payment—City Engineer Hankee reviewed <br /> 51 the elements of the completed 2021 Street Improvement Project.
