§ 1007.047 RELOCATED STRUCTURES. <br />(1) Before any house or other structure is moved onto a lot, a building permit must be <br />obtained in compliance with City Code Section 1007.019. The Community Development <br />Department shall conduct a site plan review and determine whether the structure will be <br />compatible with other development in the area, and conform to all City codes and ordinances. <br />The Community Development Department may withhold issuance of a building permit if it <br />determines that the structure does not meet the performance standards of this ordinance. <br />140 <br />
