CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.22-159 <br />ADOPTING THE 2023 CAPITAL EQUIPMENT FUND BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed 2023 Capital Equipment Replacement <br />Fund budget during their budget works sessions, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />that the following Capital Equipment Replacement Fund Budget for the year 2023 is hereby <br />adopted: <br />2023 CAPITAL EQUIPMENT FUND BUDGET <br />REVENUES 663 714 <br />Operating Tax Levy $325,000 <br />Use of Fund Reserves $271,750 <br />Sale of Fixed Assets $66,964 <br />EXPENDITURES 661 830 <br />Police <br />Primary Response Vehicle <br />$60,610 <br />Primary Response Vehicle <br />$60,610 <br />Primary Response Vehicle <br />$60,610 <br />Admin Response Vehicle <br />$51,000 <br />Public Services <br />John Deere Tractor $20,000 <br />1 Ton Truck w/ Dump Box and Plow $87,000 <br />Zero Turn Mower $17,000 <br />Dump Truck w/ Plow $305,000 <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of December, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
