Section 1011.007 through 1011.009: <br />These sections were modified to remove superfluous language and correct references. <br />Section 1011.010. Erosion and Sediment Control Requirements <br />These sections were modified to remove superfluous language and conform to similar <br />requirements of RCWD. <br />Section 10 11.0 11 Stormwater Management Requirements. <br />Permit applicability was amended to generally match RCWD permit requirements and meets <br />the requirements for the MS4 permit as well. <br />The Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan (CSMP's) section was added, as provided <br />for by RCWD. The City has two CSMP's currently in effect — one for Legacy at Woods Edge <br />(City Hall and surrounding complex) and the NE Drainage Area (from Peltier Lake to City of <br />Hugo). Stormwater Management in those areas are governed by these requirements. <br />Subparts 5 through 7 adopts the RCWD requirements by reference as amended. This keeps our <br />ordinance consistent with the RCWD. The RCWD Rules cover the same items shown as <br />deleted in our ordinance. <br />Subpart 9 was added to establish wetland buffers consistent with the RCWD and VLAWMO <br />requirements. <br />Sections 1011.012 through <br />No changes are proposed other than minor clerical references. <br />Environmental Board <br />The Environmental Board reviewed the proposed amendment at its October 26, 2022 meeting <br />and recommended adoption of the ordinance. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is recommending approval of the Ordinance No. 10-22. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
