Streamlined the submittal requirements to eliminate unnecessary requirements and <br />referencing standards from other sections of City Code rather than repeating the <br />standards. <br /> <br />12. Created a list of all existing planned development overlays (PDO’s) to become PUDs <br />along with all existing PUDs. The ordinance will be amended with future PUDs to add <br />the PUD reference to Section 1007.131. <br /> <br />Additional Considerations <br /> <br />1. Currently the ordinance states, “Chain link fences shall not include slates.” Staff would <br />like to also include fabric as a prohibited material except for use on public recreational <br />facilities or private sport courts. <br /> <br />SUMMARY <br /> <br />This report is intended to provide a comprehensive list of all the significant changes that been <br />made as part of the Zoning Ordinance update. The Zoning Ordinance will be presented at the <br />November 14th meeting for the first reading and the November 28th meeting for the second <br />reading. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />No action is required.
