<br />WS – Item 6 <br />WORK SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />Work Session Item No. 6 <br /> <br /> <br />Date: October 3, 2022 <br /> <br />To: City Council <br /> <br />From: Katie Larsen, City Planner <br /> <br />Re: 601 Apollo Drive Retail, Marketplace PDO Amendment #3 <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />At the Work Session, staff will present the October 10, 2022 Council staff report. <br /> <br />The applicant, Java Lino Retail, LLC, submitted a Land Use Application for two (2) <br />separate commercial buildings (a 4,200 sf dental clinic and a 2,240 sf coffee shop) and a <br />drive thru ATM on one (1) lot located at 601 Apollo Drive. Per the Marketplace Planned <br />Development Overlay (PDO) Design Guidelines Ordinance No. 03-05 and site plan, this <br />lot is to be developed as a bank. An amendment to the ordinance is required to change the <br />site use from a bank to the proposed uses. <br /> <br />Requested Council Direction <br /> <br />None, discussion only. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />1.
