Changes in the plans are either narratively described or shown as strikethrough (deletions) <br />or underline (additions). Overall, the final plat is consistent with the preliminary plat. <br /> <br />ANALYSIS <br /> <br />Zoning and Land Use <br /> <br />The parcel is zoned GB, General Business and allows for commercial day care facilities as <br />approved by Resolution No. 22-98.
