The developers said they are open to discussing what the council envisions; 11 <br />their partners have developed a variety of projects. The developers offered to walk the 12 <br />council through a project already completed. 13 <br /> 14 <br />EDA President Ruhland opened the public hearing. 15 <br /> 16 <br />There being no one present wishing to speak, the public hearing was closed at 7:29 p.m. 17 <br /> 18 <br />EDA Member Cavegn moved to approve Resolution No. 22-01 as presented. EDA 19 <br />Rafferty Member seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote.
