Review Regular Agenda of November 14, 2022 – 14 <br /> 15 <br />Item 1G - Third Quarter Financial Report – Finance Director Lynch reviewed key areas. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Item I1 – The Rookery Hiring of Part Time Staff – Administrator Cotton noted that part 18 <br />time hiring will probably continue indefinitely based on the nature of the positions (i.e. 19 <br />students returning to school). 20 <br /> 21 <br />Item 1J – Open Manager Position on Rice Creek Watershed District – Mayor 22 <br />Rafferty asked about the status of Mr. Robinson’s application. Staff anticipates 23 <br />submitting his name which will be considered with names from other cities. 24 <br /> 25 <br />Item 2A – 2023 Fee Schedule – Finance Director Lynch remarked that changes are noted 26 <br />in the ordinance; there are not too many. She noted that water and sewer rate increases 27 <br />are included based on the fee study. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Item 6A – Zoning Text Ordinance and Map Amendment – Community Development 30 <br />Director Grochala noted that consultant staff will be present at the council meeting to 31 <br />review the amendments. 32 <br /> 33 <br />Item 6B – Pheasant Run Reconstruction Project – City Engineer Hankee reviewed 34 <br />work plans. 35 <br /> 36 <br />EDA Meeting – Community Development Director Grochala explained the process to 37 <br />bring forward an amendment. 38 <br /> 39 <br />These minutes were considered and approved at the regular meeting held on November 28, 2022. 40 <br /> 41 <br /> 42 <br /> 43 <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk Rob Rafferty, Mayor 44
