The project includes directionally <br />drilling new 12-inch diameter water main along Lake Drive (CSAH 23) from Forsham <br />Lake Drive to Park Court (approximately 0.18 miles) to connect the existing water <br />systems. <br /> <br />Based on the project scope, WSB would perform the following tasks: <br /> <br />I. Prepare Final Project Plans <br />Final construction plans will be prepared indicating the project location, <br />drill pit areas, and the water main design. Surveyed topographic <br />information will be used to prepare plan and profile sheets for the water <br />main. Base drawing information will also include GSOC design locates, <br />city parcel map information, and record plans. Geotechnical data is not <br />included and is recommended to be completed separately. <br /> <br />II. Final Quantities <br />An Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Cost will be completed with the final <br />construction plans. <br /> <br />III. Prepare Permits, Specifications and Bidding Documents <br />WSB will assist the City in preparing permit application(s) and/or approval <br />requests and will assist the City with submitting the applications/approval <br />requests to the appropriate regulatory agencies. Permit applications <br />and/or agency review submittals are anticipated for: (1) RCWD – erosion <br />control, (2) Anoka County – work in right of way, and (3) Minnesota <br />Department of Health – Plan Review. <br /> <br />WSB will develop the final project plans and specifications based on the <br />agency review comments. This task will include an internal QA/QC review <br />of the final plans, quantities, and specifications. <br /> <br />Upon completion of permitting, and agency review and approval, a final <br />set of construction documents will be prepared for electronic bidding. <br />
