WSB will receive and respond to bidder inquiries <br />concerning the plans, specifications, and intent of the project. Logs of all <br />inquiries will be kept and maintained to document inquiries. WSB will <br />attend the project bid opening with the City. <br /> <br />The engineering fee to complete the design of the 2023 Lake Drive Trunk Water <br />Main Improvements is $22,192.00 (not to exceed). This letter represents our <br />understanding of the 2023 Lake Drive Trunk Water Main Improvements and the <br />proposed scope of services.
