The non-conforming use section has been revised for compliance with the 2009 changes <br />to MN Statute §462.357, Subd.1e. <br /> <br />2. The word “quadraminium” is not commonly used and has been replaced with the word <br />townhouse. <br /> <br />3. Provided a consistent standard across districts for garage sizes. Garages are intended to <br />provide space to store vehicles and other equipment. The intent is to provide enough <br />space within the garage and other accessory structures to contain all equipment in <br />addition to the vehicles. The existing minimum standard is 20 feet wide with a total size <br />of 440 square feet for single family, two family and townhomes. The draft ordinance has <br />increased the minimum size to 520 square feet. <br /> <br />4. Accessory buildings.
