CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-01 <br /> APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN <br /> EDIBLE CANNABINOID PRODUCT LICENSE TO <br /> LINO LAKES TOBACCO 1 INC, 717 APOLLO DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS,Zuhair Abudaja has applied for a license to sell retail edible cannabinoid <br /> products at the existing Lino Lakes Tobacco 1 Inc store at 717 Apollo Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed said application and determined that the request <br /> meets the requirements of the City Code for the type of license requested; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Public Safety Department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an <br /> investigation of the applicants, and; <br /> WHEREAS,the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and has paid the <br /> necessary fees; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br /> Lakes hereby approves a license to sell edible cannabinoid products to Zuhair Abudaja, <br /> Lino Lakes Tobacco 1 Inc. subject to compliance with all the provisions and conditions of <br /> the laws of the city, state and federal government. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of January 2023. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> RUhtahA and was duly seconded by Councilmember Ly den and <br /> upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: we n 1 SSA <br /> ��hland, Ccvecn Raf4er4 <br /> The following voted against same: ►4or <br /> � • ��-� <br /> afferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> 04A <br /> Hannah Lynch, City Clerk <br />
