CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-05 <br /> APPROVING A MASSAGE ENTERPRISE LICENSE FOR ALLURE SALON & <br /> SPA AND AN INDIVIDUAL MASSAGE LICENSE FOR ALICEA WHITE, <br /> ALLURE SALON & SPA <br /> WHEREAS, Kristina Mohlin has applied for a Massage Enterprise License for Allure <br /> Salon& Spa, 6511 Ware Rd; and <br /> WHEREAS, Alicea White has applied for an Individual Massage Therapy License to <br /> practice massage therapy at Allure Salon& Spa; and <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed said applications and determined that the request <br /> meets the requirements of the City Code for the type of licenses requested; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Public Safety Department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted a <br /> background investigation of the applicants, and; <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have provided proof of insurance as required and have paid <br /> the necessary fees; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br /> Lakes hereby approves a Massage Enterprise License for Allure Salon & Spa and an <br /> Individual Massage License for Alicea White, Allure Salon & Spa subject to compliance <br /> with all the provisions and conditions of the laws of the city, state and federal government. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23`d day of January 2023. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> �.yd-en and was duly seconded by Councilmember S-rots" . and <br /> upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Lydon S-ypeS'� <br /> Ra ray, Cave in ' <br /> The following voted against same: N p(e, <br /> Rcafferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> • <br /> 4_ <br /> Hannah Lynch, City Cler <br />
