They have reached agreement on a two-year contract and staff 47 <br />recommends approval. 48 <br /> 49 <br />Item 4A, Consider Acceptance of Coss Family Foundation Donation – Public Safety Director 50 <br />Swenson shared the Coss family has donated for several years and this is a $20,000 donation which 51 <br />would be put in an escrow fund. 52 <br /> 53 <br />Item 6B, Watermark HOA Clubhouse & Public Parking Lot – City Planner Larsen reviewed her 54 <br />written staff report. The Watermark HOA clubhouse and parking lot project will be constructed this 55 <br />year, including a parking lot on City property. The first agreement will reimburse Lennar for those 56 <br />costs; the second agreement is for the shared driveway and maintenance. 57 <br /> 58 <br />Councilmember Ruhland asked how many cannabinoid license requests the City had received. 59 <br />Administrator Cotton noted there are two on tonight’s agenda, both of which are edible cannabinoid 60 <br />licenses for existing tobacco shops.
