CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-18 <br /> ACCEPTING THE 2023-2027 FINANCIAL PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, a Five-Year Financial Plan has been prepared in accordance with the Lino Lakes <br /> City Charter Section 7.05; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Financial Plan is a guiding document to be used for decision making; and <br /> WHEREAS,preparation of the Financial Plan and annual budget are closely linked; and <br /> WHEREAS,projects and financing sources outlined in the Financial Plan are not authorized <br /> until the annual budget is adopted by Council. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, that: <br /> 1) A public hearing was held on the 2023-2027 Financial Plan. <br /> 2) The 2023-2027 Financial Plan is accepted as presented. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of February 2023. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Co ncilmember <br /> L 1c r and was duly seconded by Councilmember RUNQfO and upon vote <br /> beingbeingitaken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: .. d-6) , S c ;1 -FFer <br /> Rv iIGnd <br /> The following voted against same: Ko'(l-e <br /> b Ra ferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Hannah Lynch, City erk <br />
