CITY COUNCIL <br /> AGENDA ITEM 2A <br /> STAFF ORIGINATOR: Hannah Lynch, Finance Director <br /> MEETING DATE: February 13, 2023 <br /> TOPIC: 2023-2027 Financial Plan <br /> VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> The City Council will hold a public hearing on the 2023-2027 Financial Plan. Following the <br /> public hearing, staff recommends considering accepting the 2023-2027 Financial Plan. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> The City Council reviewed a Draft 2023-2027 Financial Plan at its February 6, 2023 Work <br /> Session.No changes to the Plan were recommended. <br /> The Plan was prepared in accordance to the Lino Lakes City Charter Section 7.05. The Plan is a <br /> guiding document to be used for decision making. The Plan will be updated on an annual basis <br /> with the first year projects and financing sources considered for adoption as part of the annual <br /> budget process. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends consideration of Resolution No. 23-18, Accepting the 2023-2027 Financial <br /> Plan. <br /> ATTACHMENTS <br /> Resolution No. 23-18 <br /> 2023-2027 Financial Plan <br />
