RESOLUTION NO. 23-15 <br /> ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br /> CONTRACT FOR WATERMARK PARK PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of Watermark Park <br /> Project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were <br /> received complying with the advertisement; and <br /> CONTRACTOR TOTAL BASE BID <br /> Dimke Excavating, Inc. $668,265.30 <br /> Peterson Companies $715,147.19 <br /> Rachel Contracting LLC $723,654.60 <br /> Veit& Company, Inc. $735,039.00 <br /> Meyer Contracting Inc. $740,547.18 <br /> GL Contracting, Inc. $850,733.40 <br /> Parkstone Contracting, LLC $1,112,808.00 <br /> LinnCo, Inc. $1,279,233.95 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Dimke Excavating, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br /> 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br /> Dimke Excavating, Inc. in the amount of$668,265.30 for the construction of the <br /> Watermark Park Project according to the plans and specifications approved by the City <br /> Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 2.
