The project will include the <br />construction of a new parking lot at the location of the existing tennis courts on the south <br />side of the school. Eight (8) new tennis courts will be constructed in the existing parking <br />lot located southeast of the school. The tennis courts will also be striped for pickleball. A <br />stormwater management basin will be constructed on the west side of the new parking <br />lot. <br /> <br />Existing Site Conditions <br /> <br />The existing site contains the Centennial Middle School, Blue Heron Elementary School <br />and associated parking lot and athletic fields. <br /> <br />Per the Geotechnical Evaluation Report prepared by Braun Intertec, dated December 22, <br />2022, native soils in the area consist of very fine-to medium-grained sand.
