The first area, is <br />the existing tennis courts, located on the south side of the school, that are currently in <br />poor condition and due for replacement. The existing 8 tennis courts will be demoed and <br />the area will be converted to a parking lot. The parking lot addition, will consist of 134 <br />parking stalls, surrounding landscaping, and a stormwater infiltration basin located on the <br />west side of the parking lot. The proposed parking lot will provide better use of parking <br />area on the site and closer access to the athletic fields. <br /> <br />The second area, is a portion of the existing parking lot (129 parking stalls), located on <br />the east side of the school. This parking lot doesn’t get used much due to the located from <br />the school and athletic fields. The existing parking lot will be demoed and the area will <br />be converted to tennis courts. The new tennis courts will be 2 sets of 4 courts with a 13’ <br />wide walkway between them. <br /> <br />Existing tennis court count = 8 <br />Proposed tennis court count = 8 <br /> <br />Existing parking stalls (parking lot being removed) = 129 <br />Proposed parking stalls (parking lot addition) = 134 <br /> <br />Attachment #3, Site Plan Review Worksheet, details setback and performance standards. <br />Overall, the proposed tennis courts and parking lot meet these requirements with minor <br />revisions required. <br /> <br />
