CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br /> APPROVED <br /> 42 Item 5 - Consider Donation of Bicycles—Director of Public Safety Swenson stated the City <br /> 43 looks to clean out the garage of abandoned bicycles that are deposited. There are eight bicycles <br /> 44 and with the City Council's authorization Staff would like to donate the bicycles to the non- <br /> 45 profit Bikes for Kids. <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Item 6 - Consider 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 01-23 City Code Chapter 1010: Signs- <br /> 48 City Planner Larsen noted they are trying to clean up the Ordinance and make it clearer with the <br /> 49 first reading this evening. <br /> 50 <br /> 51 Item 7 - Consider Resolution No. 23-20 Accepting and Approving the Grant Agreement <br /> 52 between the City of Lino Lakes and the Metropolitan Council of Environmental <br /> 53 Services for the Improvement of Publicly Owned Infrastructure and Approving <br /> 54 Certificate of Real Property—City Engineer Hankee noted the Met Council monitors the City's <br /> 55 flows and the City has entered into a grant program, which they have done before.
