We do not see the need to include cleanouts. <br />2. (3/1/2023) For the pipe connection from FES-2 to the existing CB, applicant <br />to verify if they can feasibly core drill another 12” RC pipe into the structure <br />at that angle to the existing pipe. Based on pipe sizes and the acute angle, <br />the minimum structure diameter is 48”. <br />(3/17/2023) A second structure has been added to ensure feasible angles <br />entering the existing structure. <br />3.(3/1/2023) Applicant to add contours to utility sheets. <br />(3/17/2023) Contours have been added to Sheet C401. <br />4.(3/1/2023) Applicant to revise Pond 1 outlet pipe modeling in HydroCAD to <br />match proposed inverts in plans. Modeling the existing pipe to the <br />catchbasin in the bituminous trail is also recommended. <br />(3/17/2023) HydroCAD and plans are now matching. No changes to the water system are proposed at this time. <br />WSB staff does not have any comments at this time. <br />•Sanitary Sewer <br />There is an existing 10-inch diameter polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sanitary sewer along 4th <br />Avenue that serves the school. No changes to the sanitary sewer system are proposed at <br />this time.
