<br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23-28 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2023 SEAL COAT AND CRACK FILL PROJECT <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2023 Seal Coat and Crack <br />Fill Project, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR TOTAL QUOTE <br />Asphalt Concrete Solutions Did Not Quote <br />Allied Blacktop Company $91,387.10 <br />Astech Did Not Quote <br />Bituminous Roadways Inc. Did Not Quote <br />Pearson Bros, Inc. $104,260.56 <br />SealTech Did Not Quote <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Allied Blacktop Company of Maple Grove, Minnesota, is the lowest <br />responsible bidder; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the funding for the project is from the Pavement Management funds in the amount of <br />$100,000.00; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Allied Blacktop <br />Company for the construction of the 2023 Seal Coat and Crack Fill Project in the amount of <br />$91,387.10; <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of March, 2023. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Hannah Lynch, City Clerk
