<br />RESOLUTION NO. 23-31 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING A CONTRACT, WATERMARK <br />PARK IRRIGATION SYSTEM <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council awarded the Watermark Park construction project at the <br />February 13, 2023 City Council meeting. Installation of the irrigation system was bid as a <br />separate project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, three bids were received: <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR TOTAL BASE BID <br />Albrecht Enterprises, LLC $104,083.00 <br />Irrigation Doctor, Inc. $111,632.00 <br />Southview Design $154,987.91 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />Albrecht Enterprises, LLC. in the amount of $104,083.00 for the construction of the <br />Watermark Park Irrigation System Project. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of March, 2023. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br />_____________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Hannah Lynch, City Clerk
