After the moment of silence, Mr. <br /> 28 Swenson noted he is honored to introduce Officer Beddow to the community and shared the <br /> 29 officer's history and background. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Mayor Rafferty led Officer Zach Beddow in the Oath of Police Service. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 34 Councilmember Ruhland moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1A through 1C as <br /> 35 presented. Councilmember Cavegn seconded the motion.
