5. UNIFORMS: Article 18.2 revised to include the requirement of an itemized receipt for <br />all reimbursements. <br /> <br />6. PERSONAL TIME-OFF (PTO): Create and new article for PTO and cross reference <br />Section 6.18 of the City of Lino Lakes Personnel Policy (Included as an Appendix to the <br />Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)). All AFSCME Employees hired after on or <br />after January 1, 2021 will have PTO as covered by Section 6.18 of the City of Lino Lakes <br />Personnel Policy. In the previous CBA, PTO was provided through a MOU. <br /> <br />7.
