Hydrologic and Hydraulic Analysis <br />12. Prospectus Document Report and Application Submittal <br />13. Project Management <br /> <br />Under task 11, WSB staff will model existing site hydrology and model proposed bank <br />design alternatives to determine if hydrology can be maintained to meet performance <br />standards while effectively moving excess water downstream so as not to negatively <br />impact adjacent properties and infrastructure. <br /> <br />Task 7 will be scheduled with the TEP once data analysis is complete to provide <br />additional context for discussion with the TEP on site while reviewing various design <br />alternatives to develop the wetland bank. <br /> <br />Documents created under tasks 8-10 will be included with the prospectus submittal <br />identified in task 12 to make a complete prospectus submittal. <br /> <br />Project Management includes time for WSB to respond to comments, support city staff, <br />and ensure that prospectus review/comments are finalized and provided to the City and <br />to prepare for development of the mitigation bank instrument (MBI). <br /> <br />Phase 2 Project Schedule <br /> <br />Project <br />Element <br />July August September October November December <br />Task 7 <br />Task 8 <br />Task 9 <br />Task 10 <br />Task 11 <br />Task 12 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
