Nadeau Acres — City Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint presentation <br /> 22 including information on the following : <br /> 23 - Review of Rezoning and Preliminary Plats in March ; <br /> 24 - Questions on rezoning , future park development and stormwater management; <br /> 25 revised plans have been submitted; <br /> 26 - Review of Original Preliminary Plat; <br /> 27 - Review of Zoning Requirements ; <br /> 28 - Rezoning from Rural to Single Family Residential ; <br /> 29 - Guided to low density ; <br /> 30 - Staff encouraged R- 1 ( Single Family Residential ) based on locale and future <br /> 31 consideration ; <br /> 32 - Physical characteristics of the site ; <br /> 33 - Future park (not in Nadeau Acres) and where that is planned; <br /> 34 - Drainage summary — stormwater management plan (what ' s included, what ' s <br /> 35 considered, design) ; Plan has been reviewed by City and Rice Creek Watershed <br /> 36 District; <br /> 37 - A map showing the original stormwater management plan; <br /> 38 - A map and information on the revised stormwater management plan ; <br /> 39 - The watershed district gave conditional approval to the stormwater management <br /> 40 plan ; <br /> 41 - Adjacent property owner concerns on drainage addressed through communication ; <br /> 1 <br />
