7 <br />City Attorney <br />The City Attorney reviewed the title commitment and final plat and had no comments. <br />Agreements <br />Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br />A stormwater maintenance agreement is not applicable for this site. <br />Development Agreement <br />A Development Agreement will be drafted by the City as it relates to the final plat. <br />Comprehensive Plan <br />Resource Management System <br />The Resource Management System Plan goal of preserving surface water quality is <br />supported by the construction of stormwater management BMP’s such as curb, gutter, <br />and stormwater pond. <br />Land Use Plan <br />The Comprehensive Plan guides this property for low density residential use. The <br />proposed final plat for a single family house is consistent with low density residential <br />land use. <br />Housing Plan <br />The goals and policies of Housing Plan are met with the proposed final plat for a single <br />family house. <br />Transportation Plan <br />Goals of the Transportation Plan are to ensure that street and roads are as safe as possible <br />and to reduce unnecessary traffic. Woodduck Trail is a minor collector road and CSAH <br />14 (Main Street) is a Principal Arterial road. Both roads are capable of handling traffic <br />from one (1) single family home. <br />Sanitary Sewer and Water Supply Plan <br />The proposed final plat for a single family house will be municipally served by an 8” <br />sanitary sewer main and an 8” watermain located along Woodduck Trail. The existing <br />sanitary sewer and water supply system have capacity for one (1) single family house.
