Following submittals were reviewed. <br />•Watermark Civil Plan revision date June 12, 2023 prepared by Carlson McCain <br />•Stormwater Management Plan revision date June 12, 2023 prepared by Carlson McCain <br />Engineering <br />•Erosion Control & Grading <br />The Watermark PUD Amendment #4 includes the revised site grading for the proposed <br />streets, homes, and storm water facilities. <br />•Stormwater Management <br />Due to the conversion of residential and street land cover to proposed open space, no <br />adverse impacts to stormwater management facilities are expected as a result of this <br />amended PUD. <br />Comments: <br />1.Applicant to provide a comparison table of basin HWLs and site outflow rates <br />based on the amended PUD to determine any potential freeboard or rate control <br />changes. <br />•Water Supply <br />The Watermark PUD proposes 16” water main along Lotus Lane, 12” water main along <br />Rainy Lane, and 8” water main on the other streets within the northeast area. PUD <br />Amendment #4 does not propose any changes to the water main at this time other than <br />removing the looped connection between Pepin Drive and Swan Street as they are now <br />two separate cul de sacs. The proposed 8” watermain will be sufficient to serve the <br />proposed homes in PUD Amendment #4. <br />•Sanitary Sewer <br />Attachment 6: Engineering Review Memo - PUD Amendment 4
