CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23-66 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERMARK 6TH ADDITION <br />OPEN SPACE EASEMENT <br />WHEREAS, on December 10, 2018 the City Council passed Resolution No. 18-144 approving <br />the Watermark Master Development Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 7.2 of the Master Development Agreement requires an Open Space <br />Easement; and <br />WHEREAS, this Open Space Easement covers the following outlot: <br />•Outlot B, Watermark 6th Addition; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />approves the Open Space Easement between US Home, LLC and the City of Lino Lakes and <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of July 2023. <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />________________________ <br />Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />Attachment 5: Resolution No. 23-66
