Other than the landscaping and <br />screening and adjusting the distance, no other steps have been taken. <br /> <br />Mr. Root wanted to know if the required open space was adjusted with the agreement. <br />Mr. Grochala stated that a blanket easement was provided with the original plat and the <br />legal is redefined at the time of the final plat. <br /> <br />Mr. Evenson moved to approve the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat subject to conditions listed <br />in the staff report. Motion seconded by Mr. Wipperfurth. Motion carried 7 – 0. <br /> <br /> <br />7. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A.
