<br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23-79 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING BASE BID AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT <br />LAKE DRIVE TRUNK WATER MAIN PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the Lake Drive Trunk <br />Watermain Project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following <br />bids were received complying with the advertisement; and <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Geislinger & Sons is the lowest responsible bidder; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the city to proceed with <br />the project, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />Geislinger & Sons in the amount of $315,650.01 by the name of the City of Lino Lakes for <br />the construction of the 2023 Lake Drive Trunk Watermain Improvements according to the <br />plans and specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />2.
