<br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23-82 <br /> <br />APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br />LAKE DRIVE TRUNK WATER MAIN PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to Geislinger & Sons <br />in the amount of $315,650.01, on August 14, 2023; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the construction <br />services for the Lake Drive Trunk Watermain Improvements Project in the amount of $31,450.00; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the City to proceed <br />with the construction oversight and administration, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB, in the name <br />of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of Lake Drive Trunk Watermain <br />Improvements Project. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of August, 2023. <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
