Construction <br />details provided on Sheet A5.3 indicate painted smooth face CMU and painted rock face CMU <br />to compliment the principal building. The swing gate is composite decking pickets that has at a <br />minimum opaqueness of at least 80%. The trash enclosure is 6’ 2” in height and has a standing <br />seam metal roof. The trash enclosure meets performance standards. <br /> <br />Per Sheet A3.3, the rooftop mechanical equipment is screened by 3’4” high parapets. <br /> <br />Per Sheet A0.2, an automatic sprinkler system shall be provided throughout the building for fire <br />suppression. <br /> <br />Outdoor Lighting <br />
