14 <br />a. All plan sheets shall show a solid line for the Property Line. The property <br />line does not extend into the CR 84 (Otter Lake Road) street right-of-way <br />easement. <br />b. Sheet C1.01, Site Plan: <br />i. Setback measurements shall be provided from the property lines to <br />the fences. <br />ii. Hydrants, utility mains, and symbols shall be shown and labeled. <br />iii. Ten (10) ft tall opaque white vinyl privacy fence matching existing <br />and landscaping/shrubs shall be provided along west side of the <br />outdoor storage area. <br />iv. Eight (8) ft tall opaque white vinyl privacy fence matching existing <br />shall be provided along south and east side of the outdoor storage <br />area. <br />v. Plan sheet callouts shall correctly note 10ft and 8ft fences and not <br />mention chain link fence. <br />vi. Permanent fences shall be offset by a minimum two (2) ft at <br />intervals of 75 ft maximum length. This shall be clearly shown on <br />the site plan. <br />vii. What is the purpose of Vehicle Access Gate shown on the west <br />side that leads into the drainage swale? <br />viii. The area acre calculations shown on the Impervious Surface <br />Exhibit shall also be included on this plan sheet. <br />c. Sheet L2.02, Fence Details: <br />i. Plan sheet shall correctly show required eight (8) and ten (10) ft <br />opaque white vinyl privacy fence. <br />ii. The Section of Screening notes an existing 10’ vinyl fence but an <br />8’ vinyl fence was approved in June 2022. Please confirm height <br />and revise plan sheet accordingly. <br />iii. The Section of Screening notes Proposed 10’ chain link fence. <br />Plan shall be revised accordingly. <br />iv. Are the trees shown on the Section of Screening actual tree <br />locations? <br />v. A gate detail shall be provided. <br />d. Electrical Photometric Plan: <br />i. The west property lot line shall be clearly shown (not including the <br />street right-of-way). <br />ii. Foot candle measurements shall be shown extending beyond the <br />west, south, and east lot lines.
