The proposed <br />outdoor storage and fence setback is 160 ft. This requirement is met. <br /> <br />The required building setback along the rear lot line is 15 feet. The proposed outdoor <br />storage and fence setback is 250 ft. This requirement is met. <br /> <br />The required building setback along the side lot line is 10 feet. The proposed outdoor <br />storage and fence is 18 ft. This requirement is met. <br />
